To put it very simply.......

You save it...........we lend it..............                      

To be eligible to join, you must either live or work in the Leeds Metropolitan District, but once a member, always a member.  If you move outside the city, or or take employment outside the Leeds area - you can keep your membership.

You can save in many ways, in a variety of accounts to suit your needs.  ALL accounts earn a dividend.  We then lend your savings to our members, and again, we have several types of loans to suit almost everyone.  Once your account is established, you can apply for a loan.

All members can access their account online but must apply online for a PIN number which will be sent through the post.  Your account can then be accessed on the ’SECURE’ section of this web site for members’ only.

Once you have your PIN you will be able to:

• View your account balances
• View your recent transactions
• Apply for a loan online
• Request a withdrawal
• Request a transfer to your bank account
• Download forms
• View the lottery results

COMPLAINTS

We do try to get everything right first time......but if we don’t, please tell us about it. 

Of course we hope that you NEVER have cause to complain about our services, but if you do we have a complaints procedure.  Please contact the office and a copy will be sent to you.  Click here to for more information, and details of our internal complaints procedure, and information about your right to take an unresolved complaint to the financial Ombudsman Service.
